Up some this week. Yesterday my husband made home made Calzones from our home made dough. I chose the ingredients for mine so was fewer calories than what his was. Ate 1/2 for lunch and the 2/2 for dinner. Ended up eating dinner a little late so I'm sure that is why my weight is up. Not to upset by it. I had one of my managers last week say to me "You have lost weight and inches." I told her the scale and the tape measure did not indicate it to me. I thanked her for saying that to me and it encouraged me.
