Сегодня утром меня приятно удивил вес - 124.3 фунта. Правда, по сравнению с временами, когда вес был 43 кг - это начерта не значит:)
Перестала есть мясо,птицу,сладкое в большинстве своём, из вредных напитков оставила только чай-кофе. Чувствую себя прекрасно, и надеюсь сподобиться на кардио сегодня✌🏻

When I woke up today my weight was 124.3! But I am pretty sure it’ll rise up to almost 126, so decided to be a realist. Is it a win? Not really. I’ve stopped eating meat and poultry, drinking soda about 2 weeks now. Mostly drinking unsweetened tea and coffee. I am feeling good. Hopefully, will go to gym today for some cardio✌🏻
