I have gained a lb. Is this muscle? Is that actually true?

jill, did you weigh in during the week - have you maintained this 1 lb increase all week?? or did you just weigh in today and notice it? It could easily be muscle? or water weight? ...your journals look good to me...(although overall your calories have crept up a little each week from where they used to be)...try not to add anything new for the next week...but keep up your exercise schedule, water, etc...and see if it drops back down on it's own. I wouldn't worry about it since you are still in the purple. If by next week it is still moving in the wrong direction, then I would cut back - but give your body a week to keep making adjustments.

I bet with your increase in exercise that is what it is. JS has laid out a great plan. Just keep track!
