Jam 07.50 nimbang ,pdhl sblmnya minun air putih buanyaak kira2 habis 500ml(dari bangun subuh sampai jam 07.50).
Dan smalam trakhir makan malam jam 21.15 (makan alpukat dan keju)
olahraganya kmaren malam HIIT Leg,Thigh.
