okay for the last two months I have been bad. I have totally been working out everyday but, I've also been eating like a cow. I've maintained, & I feel good but, I need to loose the last of this dang weight!!!argh!!! I need to focus and get back on track. So, I will start logging my intake and exercise and I will try to be good. My goal is to be in the low 150's by, May 16th. I think thats do-able.
73.9 kg Lost so far: 18.1 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

Time for a fresh start! I think you should switch it up a bit. Find some new and intriguing recipes to try and become inspired to eat well and stay satisfied. I swear by eating every 2-3 hours... keeps the metabolism going and ready to burn up whatever we eat! Come girl, you can DO IT!

You can do it. It is hard to get back started when you have strayed, I am dealing with that right now myself, but we know how it's done!
