Came home after a weeks vacation, where I managed to stick to some food rules albeit not all of them. I found a gym in the area that gave me 7 days free training, so I kept on training, and with other equipment than I'm used to that gave some nice variation. I think my body needed a week "off" a strict diet and exercise. I ate what i wanted, in moderation, still omitting potatoes/pasta/bread. It looks like this was needed to kickstart the metabolism
