LCHF - this week had 3 days of 2 meals a day and 4 of 1 meal a day
No IF this week (because of bulletproof coffee on the days I had 1 meal a day)
Getting minimal sleep (about 4hrs a night) - a sudden thing
Water intake still between 1,2 - 1,8 litres a day

130.8 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 55.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
