Started logging in my food yesterday using thedailyplate.com . Ate about 1800 calories and lost a pound! Also worked out after work,too! =) It's a little tough to log food when you don't have a recipe to go by, but guesstimate. I suppose it's better than not knowing at all!
109.1 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 36.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 2.8 kg a Week
