주말에 먹은거,3일내내 깨고있지만 역시나 무게오름! 근력운동을 매일두시간씩해서 근육형으로 몸이만들어져도,한두끼 외식하면 무게는 확실히오르고,오른무게빼는건 힘들다.몰랐는데 나는 쉽게찌는체질이구나...
