gue gk tau BB gue sekarang brp, 2 bln gue stop workout krn shockkk lihat BB gue naik. alhasil gue phobia sama timbangan. slma 2 bln itu gue mkn bebas no control calories. bodo amat lah yaa, okay mungkin gue stress 2 bln target buat turunkan 5kg krn terdesak nya acara eh malah BB naik. skrng gue coba slow buat jalanin ini diet. hari ini plank harri 8, setelah 30 hari gue mau coba nimbang, apakah ada perbedaan gue diet ngoyo dulu or diet slow gue skrng... tunggu hasil nya yaa guys plank hari ke 30. wish me luck...and keep 💪
