3일내내 같은무게...주말 고칼식사라 평일엔 항상주의하는데...이틀째 한끼일반식에 두끼 야채로 칼로리맞추는데...1킬오는 내려가야정상인디 이상하네...체중계 망가졌나?ㅠ
