I'm really happy with my progress in the week. I think I lost a crazy amount last month due to colds and effects of medications. I'm working on some strength training every other day to build up my muscles (or lack thereof). Busy day today with son's soccer and t-ball practice - weather permitting, of course. I'll be busy with our daughter on the sidelines and keeping her entertained. Have a wonderful weekend everyone!
