Gained .4 frowny face. BUuuut yesterday was fairly active day, worked out, was on my feet a lot. My stomach feels flatter and my husband told me i felt tighter :D Still a very long way to go, gonna do some cardio stuff. its going to be a very busy, scary weekend with drinking and food temptations to the left and right of me, so im going to try and be good and work out
98.2 kg Lost so far: 4.0 kg.    Still to go: 16.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Don't forget that any working out and activity you have done helps build up your muscle. The little half pond shifts here and there could be attributed to that. But you are doing great and it will all definitely pay off as you stick it out.
