Ugh! i am on a stall between 96.2 and 97.1 fluctuating from week to week. I need to break this pattern but not sure how. I am keeping my carbs to 20 grams or less and fasting 16/8 daily. Perhaps my fat is not high enough. I will look at adding a bullet coffee into the mix and see if that bolts me out of this stall.
