(Logging today's weight) Makes me feel horrible...but that's what I get for eating whatever and not logging a darn thing. Also, trying to get pregnant...so hormones are horrible right now. The thing I must conquer is the need to eat when I am not hungry. Even when pregnant I must not eat constantly. My biggest fear is to get as big as I used to be. I was looking at pictures from the past 8 years and seeing how large I used to be. I hated it. It was uncomfortable. I felt unattractive. I must let this motivate me. IT IS WORTH IT! Giving in to my desire to eat is not better than feeling good about myself. Now, if I can just put this into practice and make some progress.
