So today, I'm eating slower.... actually, I'm taking a break after gulping a glass of water..oh, bloated again. Maybe I should've drank water before I ate but I just read cupcakie's advice. Today is a pretty rainy day. I woke up 1 hr late for class, and I went without my backpack, so no books, no laptop, or anything. I just sat in class with my blurry morning eyes until I was able to see. It's a good thing I didn't trip over anything as I made my way to the back tables. I made it through the day... sorta without falling asleep. Instead of paying attention in class, I just went on fb and that kept me awake. I know it's bad, but it's better than trying to concentrate and then you know it, I'm falling out of my seat.
