This makes 9.3 pounds down since my Drs. visit Monday! I wish the momentum could stay like this throughout the whole process although I am very aware of the slowdowns and plateaus of the process of getting somewhere worth being! I'm 69 pounds down thus far and it really doesn't seem as though I have lost a lot until I look back at pictures and think about what it felt like having 170 pounds to lose and having only 100 or so left to lose! I would never want to have to lose that weight again so it is pretty good in 15 more pounds I will be halfway there which will be a huge accomplishment for me! Hoping to reach 100lbs down by September 20th (25th bday)!!!!

You are doing great! A 100 pounds in less then three months is a very lofty goal. I wish you success; but remember your health comes first. A safe and permanent loss is usually one to two pounds a week.

Erquiaga lol I meant like I'm only 30 pounds from being at 100lbs lost! I would never dream that Id loose 100lbs before September 20th lol but 30 I can maybe do! I've just joined this site so most of my weight loss was from the past year and I'm like 70 pounds from where I really started even though my profile is saying I have only lost 2 so far its simply because of the lack of tracking from the last year I will upload some progress pics though!!!!
Also, thank you guys <3 <3 and Denise the weight will definitely come off when you find the right thing for your body to flourish and feel its best! It's a Marathon, not a sprint the only thing that broke my cycle of fad dieting and got me on a long-term track has been accepting the bumps in the road as what they are a minor set back not a reason to turn the car around! (which I had been really good at!) Also finding something that worked that I loved and didn't feel hungry or weak on!
