It's a slow progress but this time maybe it will stay off. Started water aerobics but it seems to rain every afternoon and if there is a sound of thunder they close. What a bummer. Oh well maybe next week. My weakness is onion rings but am using the app "Lose it" so if I eat them once a week I count the calories and cut down for dinner besides 1 order of them and your not hungry for dinner. Happy 4th!
