This past week was a "practice" week for the Abs diet... knowing that Easter was coming, as well as dealing with my favorite "monthly" visitor, I just couldn't start. But I did start applying some of the basic principles and eating more of the power foods and what-not. Easter wasn't too bad. Unfortunately, I had to stay at my mothers for the past few days, and that made it hard to follow the diet, so I just tried to make wise choices... like eating multigrain pancakes when Gram took us out to eat, and so on. Looks like it worked out ok.
