So yesterday I ate pb wings, I'm not sure exactly how much calories were in them, but I went by the average and logged in the dominos wings calorie serving, just to be on the safe side (i think it might be a bit high but i didnt want to kid myself into thinking they were less than fattening). Went to the movies, strolled around the mini shopping area w bear and roy for about 15 min and then went to dennys for a cup of joe. Coffee is no JOKE and I could not fall asleep once more when I came home. Well I didn't just want to be online, so I was going to watch a movie on the wii, but then decided maybe I will play wii tennis. I ended up playing for 30 some minutes, standing up, with gym shoes on. lol like a damn fool. I got really into it, got my heart pumping, and kept going in order to best my previous games. By the end of 30 minutes I had even started to sweat. I'm going to do that again. I was very very tempted to get a slice of lemon meringue pie while drinking coffee, but decided against it. Besides bear was throwing me the "do you really want to eat that" side eye. Yes, I did! But I didn't. Already ate too much junk. I dropped a lb. from yesterday, it could be from eating early or who the hell knows. I didn't eat tooo many cals yesterday, but they werent healthy. Going to make some food right now tho.
