Thanks for commenting on my journal :) I'm so much happier now that I've accepted my body the way it is meant to be. We aren't all meant to weigh 125, you know? I hope you don't mid if I give you a little advice on your plan, just based on what has worked for me. Eating in the night time isn't a bad thing, as long as you don't eat a bunch of junk. I eat something small around 10pm every night and it has never hurt me. Usually a piece of fruit. Also, 1000 calories is not enough. Not eating enough is a sure fire way to make it really hard to lose weight. The commonly accepted minimum number of calories is 1200. But I think even that is too low at your current weight. Just using myself as an example, I lose weight a lot faster when I eat 1500-1700 calories a day than when I was eating 1200-1300. And if you're exercising, you definitely need to eat more. PM me if you want to read more about this. I have lots of links that might help you :)

Just wanted to tell you I love your mini goals list. It's a great way to stay motivated. We tend to reward ourselves so often with indulging foods. Like, "I mowed the lawn today, time for pizza!" Or, "It's sunny out, I want ice cream!" Whenever I check my bank account I'm amazed at how much of those transactions consist of food. It's ridiculous! And when I add up what I spent on all of those "cravings" I realize I could have very well bought something of value or put it in my savings. You're doing good Perla, keep it up! Just make sure to get plenty of zzzz. It makes a huge difference. :)
