damnit! gained some weight. oh well, today will try to eat better/earlier.
98.8 kg Lost so far: 3.4 kg.    Still to go: 17.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

s'okay. i did, too. your weight can fluctuate up to 3 lbs throughout the day so V has told me. i stayed under my allotted calories yesterday, did some minor exercises and i still put on .9 lbs from the previous day. but tomorrow or the day after i'll have a +1 lb or more drop. it'll even out eventually, just stick it out.

yeah what i really meant to say is...its not ok, im discouraged and i wish i hadnt eaten that hot dog the other day bc i feel like its still stuck in me. but the first entry works too. gonna go do some wii boxing, bc i feel like eating but i wont

I know it's hard, but try not to beat yourself up Perlita. This stuff takes time, and as long as you keep at it you will see progress. I went up 3 lbs during Christian's birthday week, got pretty discouraged, but made myself eat even better and it's slowly going down. But I do know what you mean about the hot dog I keep telling myself I should have eaten it slower (hehe) so I would have only eaten half.
