It seems that I'm at a plateau with and the pounds are not falling like they use to. For the life of I can't figure out what needs to be done. I continue to exercise and I been watching what I've been eating. So what else is there? I know I'll go back to p1 for a strict detox for nine days and take it from there.
97.5 kg Lost so far: 6.4 kg.    Still to go: 15.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.4 kg a Week

I've done that myself many of times. I have found that for myself, if I mix things up for a few days it helps. I have also learned that even though I had quit even gained weight - it wasn't fat - it was muscle. I can see the difference in my legs even though they are big, I can see muscle instead of fat - same w/my arms. If you get a chance, have your body fat measured and you might be surprised to what is muscle not fat.
