You know, I think it was a touch of a flu bug that in turn did dehydrate me and I wasn't replenishing with water. I feel better by far today and have been focusing on drinking lots of fluids! Its also been so hot outside that I have stayed indoors in the a/c for most of today too - got lots of indoor work done and hope to enjoy being outside tomorrow. We have a day of building another part onto our front deck so that will be exciting!
