Good Morning to all. Feeling very thankful, proud and encouraged as my vacation only added about 2 lbs back to my weight. I relished gourmet chocolates, savored wine, indulged in breads and even had fried chicken and fries, however, I never lost sight of my goal and I was delighted that my heart had changed to a stronger desire for being my healthy weight than gorging for a moment and seriously ruining my efforts to date!! God is GOOD! The break was very needed but I am, in earnest, back at it today. This is now my lifestyle, For His Glory!!
