Okay...this tim I can't take it nymore. I'm really goingto try to loose weoght. NO MORE EXCUSES! This morning I had three egg whites, 1/2 cup black beans and tbs. salsa. Perfectly legal breakfast and now I MUST plan lunch.....
77.6 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 20.9 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
Gaining 0.2 kg a Week

try to plan your week out ahead of time, it really helps when you can plan ahead. You can do it!

Great breakfast!! Yes!! Pre-planning is KEY!! Knowing that you don't have to think about what to eat or cook will make it so much easier for you and it will become habit so much easier. ;) Keep up the hard work it WILL pay off!! :)
