Been using the app "Lose It" and it has really opened up my eyes to how many calories are in everything we eat. Having given up all bakery items and sugar. Try to stay within my goal of 1400 calories so if I have a craving for my passion "onion rings" then I eat light the rest of the day. Have lost 30 lbs since February, been slow but it's going down and I feel great.
