Down just a bit.. But VERY happy with any loss. Only 2 lbs from the lowest I have been in my adult life. I am VERY excited about that!!

58.9 kg Lost so far: 2.8 kg. Still to go: 4.4 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing 0.1 kg a Week
