Today will be the beginning of my fitness journey. I am looking to gain 30 pounds back that I've recently lost due to stress, sometimes life comes at you hard lol. I don't know about anyone else but i DO NOT have an appetite when stressed. I can go days without eating! BUT I'm back in action and ready to get back to myself! It's just been so hard to gain my weight back and turn my 108 to 130 AT THE LEAST!
Any suggestions on vital goods I should be eating on a daily? Specifically breakfast because I have trouble on mixing it up and keeping it interesting

As I’m trying to lose 30 I can’t really give suggestions. But I will offer my 30 if we can figure out how to transfer to between us :D. I gained 10 in 7 months by eating junk. Well hormonal changes, restrictions from surgery and chemo etc didn’t help any! Lol. If it were me I would add in an English muffin at breakfast or some good fats. Then perhaps add in a piece or two of fruit as snacks along with some nuts like almonds. Healthy but good fats to help with the gain. I would count my calories and try to add 200 a day. Keep in mind I’ve only been at this hard for 12 weeks on losing so my way is probably all wrong lol.

Oops. I meant add 200 so that if I normally ate 1500 then I would aim for 1700. Not add 200 each day so 1700 then 1900... that would be bad lol.

I understand the not hungry part. I had to train myself to eat by the clock otherwise I would go the whole day without eating. Granted stress causing you to have issues might be upsetting your stomach more than forgetting ect like I had. You can drink some teas that will reduce stress, some will help settle a stomach and others will help stimulate your appetite. Lemon Ginger is a really good one plus peppermint, chamomile and there is even a dandelion tea that all will help with appetite. Take a walk in the tea section and research what might interest you on stimulating the appetite, calming stress and if you have stomach issues make that feel better.

Oh and 1 Tablespoon of Coconut or olive oil is a good way to bump up your intake of calories by 120 with a healthy oil. So if you take 2 Tablespoons at a meal your 240 more calories and with 28 fats. Make a salad of greens coated in oil if you cant just mix the oil into what ever else your eating. Adding most salad dressings of any kind to a salad will so pack on calories. The greens are low but that dressing is what kills most watching a diet so that would be a easy add.
