期許囉~正常飲食很難達到只有300

這樣一餐不到300,很容易影響身體,可以水煮青菜,卡路里也低

吃不到基代,身體飢餓久了,也會自動啟動停止代謝,然後你吃回正常,也會胖回去⋯ 偶爾是可
