In the past few weeks I've been bouncing between 174 and 177. I'm trying to find a balance and start amping up the work outs. Still doing not super strict Paleo. Work travel is making that harder to stick to.
79.8 kg Lost so far: 6.4 kg.    Still to go: 2.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
