My workout yesterday was 2 - 6 mile rides with weight training between. I lost almost 5 lbs of water weight. Drank 4 liters plus of water.
103.4 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 5.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 3.2 kg a Week
