아침에는 확실히 89를 찍었으나 샌드위치와 저녁에 갈치 정식(+밥2그릇, 숭늉!)을 박살냈으니... 그래도 아침엔 89 다시 찍을것 같다! 80대 진입! 70대 가즈아~~
89.3 kg Lost so far: 4.2 kg.    Still to go: 9.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
