need to exercise more...did a major cheat yesterday...chinese buffet and skor blizzard but able to pull it together and get back on the band wagon!!
This was a very food satisfying day. brownie breakfast cucumber lunch brownie after earlly dinner of sausages. So full stopped eating at 4:00 and could not eat more later. Yay.
