Hi Im 40 and live Vancouver.
I was more 120kg after marriage it was terrible for 7yrs and lose 30kg for 6 month. After that I thought some challenges before 50 what I got competition for like as bodybuilding :D
So started last Nov 2017 from 92 of my weight.
Now keep to diet for the competition will be on 30th of June is first of my life.
I am really good to use this app for checking meal plan and how many how do to eat every single day. Also when starting this app some 85 now 82.7 :D
Everyone do not give up for dieting the diet is meal plan 70% workout 20% lifestyle 10%
You do keep your healthy and enjoying life~
82.9 kg Lost so far: 3.8 kg.    Still to go: 4.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
