Okay, it was my birthday and I spent 3 days camping on the river and fishing. Ate hot dogs, peanuts, bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs, etc. Overall, I'm happy I only gained 2 pounds and I'm sure at least half of that is water weight.

Back to being good now.
88.7 kg Lost so far: 0.2 kg.    Still to go: 27.4 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
