Sometimes alcohol can mess up your hormonal response to food, in that the alcohol will cause inflammation and make you retain fluids. Try a week with no alcohol and add water or seltzer instead. Good luck!

I understand your frustration. Looking at your food journal is looks like you should be losing. I typically have similar calorie amounts and sometimes it's just hard to lose. And your weight is pretty low already and you don't have much more to lose - that really makes it tough mentally. But just stick with what works for you and I'm sure you'll be fine!

REMann, you might consider reducing the percentage of calories devoted to carbohydrate consumption and increasing your fat and protein consumption.
