Wow another 2 lbs. and a 1/2 inch off my waist
I have been really working at it so i guess it paid off
got an exersize vidieo so now i need to start working those long forgotten abs.Yikes!!!!

62.6 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg. Still to go: 12.7 kg. Diet followed: 100%.

Losing 1.6 kg a Week
