So, I started Pilates this week. My muscles are screaming at me but you know, the good kinda screams! Been far too busy to keep track of what I've eaten but it's definitely not as much as before. I'm seeing a little change in my shape over the past few weeks, so that's a nice start! Weekend ahead of social events so food and exercise will not be my top priority but I'll be good, I swear 😇
