Well, I made it through week one. I am not sure how I feel about this. I lost 1 pound, yippee! I thought I would have lost more. I guess it is because a lot of it is going to muscle as I am going for a daily hour long brisk walk, which I never did before. I will just have to wait and see how week 2 goes.
