It has been a long time since I have posted...or even weighed, so I am assuming that I am about the same in weight as I was last month at this time. I have been doing poorly in eating what I am supposed to because my son has been visiting. It is the sugar that gets me. I have asked him to hide stuff at our neighbors house that I crave. Maybe that will help.
100.2 kg Lost so far: 22.2 kg.    Still to go: 32.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.5 kg a Week

Have you son just buy a small quanity of what he wants. That way there are no extras for you to snatch. Do a mind set everyday to help you forget what is hanging around, put it up high in a cupboard so you don't see it.
