Juice for b/fast yesterday. Banana bran muffin in the afternoon.
For supper had 3 pcs of battered fish done in the oven, a large tossed salad with boiled egg & ranch dressing, 3/4 c cucumber salad. went visiting in the evening & then grocery shopping. Didn't eat anything else for the day. Chewed gum.
Tried treadmilling. Feet really sore. Lasted 7mins with elevation at 2 & speed a 2.5mph. Tried again later in the afternoon, lasted 10 mins.
