Today is lightest I felt in months, my choice for eating is high protein high fat, coupled with intermittent fasting which I do almost everyday, however when I eat I pack in up too 1500 cal a day, sometimes one meal sometimes two meals. My mid term goal is 70 kgs, summer is coming. Good luck, good planning to everyone.
