Yesterday, orange juice.
Walked yesterday to the park. Toook lots of breaks & sat on benches. Was out for an hour & a half, but walk only takes 1/2 hour. Slept all afternoon & got up after 5. For supper had 2cups of Turkey noodle casserole (ww noodles)cooked broccoli & baby carrots.
9.30pm Had a container of (the eight containers) of basmati rice pudding & 1/2 can pear in juice that I made on Monday night.
Chewed gum this evening while watching TV, although I was craving chocolate. I have to try & make a "no eating" zone while watching TV.
