I had a strenous aerobics & weights class this morning. My Weight is a disappointment but I'm feeling good. I will not let weight be the be all & end all of my existence. I still want to lose inches from my belly area & I do see a difference. My weight does not bother me as much - though it is very irritating to see it go up.
60.3 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 3.6 kg.    Diet followed: Not Applicable.
