어제 종일밥꼬박먹고 스트레스받아 저녁 케익 빵 견과류 우유등 취침2시간전에 3천 칼로리 냉장고다털었는데...최소+1.2증가 기대하고 눈질끈감고 체중계올라갔는데. .고장낫나봄
