Hello 70s!!!! I'm sooo happy. After having my weight loss slow down, I was starting to wonder and I think I'm back on track! I can't believe I'm now below 80- can't remember the last time I was around this weight. I'm now super motivated to keep going and meet my goals.
79 kg Lost so far: 14 kg.    Still to go: 16 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
