Well, surprisingly I lost two pounds when Ive not been following my diet at all.

New hope though, I've rethought some aspects of my life so I'm ready to tackle this head on again!
105.2 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 41.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
