Its not what I'm not eating, its what I'm eating, and cooking and having to create a variety of interesting meals to stay interested in what I end up eating. Spicy and savoury are great and keep off the hunger pangs, but something sweet is a great booster when 'energy' seems to flag! A chocolate digestive for me! Just the one...
