kan di report itu kita bisa input semua makanan konsumsi kita dari pagi sampai malam. nahhh kalau untuk takaran presentase protein, fat, dan karbo itu ngaruh ga sih ke pola diet?? misalnya goals karbo itu 30% eh kita malah 31%.. padahal segitu aja kalori aku masih kurang dari total kalori harian. makasihhh
